Analysis of the real operation: processes, systems, volumes and friction points, with the cost of each one quantified.
SERVICES — STRATEGY & BI
Margin is also won in the operation.
We analyse your operation, quantify the cost of each process and redesign the ones holding back growth: process automation, systems integration and applied artificial intelligence, under a continuous-improvement model with return as the prioritization criterion.
SHALL WE TALK?Process optimization is the discipline of analysing how a company operates —what each team does, on which systems, at what cost— and redesigning that operation to remove the unnecessary, simplify the improvable and automate the repetitive. At Bravante we approach it as strategic consulting, with the same criterion as every other service: each process enters with a business case, is implemented with its control metric and is managed in a continuous-improvement cycle. Artificial intelligence (AI) is integrated where it contributes a concrete function —classify, extract, synthesize— and set aside where a deterministic rule resolves the same thing at lower cost.
We work with companies whose operation has grown faster than its processes: reporting that consumes senior profiles’ hours, systems that don’t share data, operational knowledge concentrated in specific people. If you want AI applied across the board for the sake of saying so, we’re not your team; if you want to turn operational efficiency into a measurable competitive advantage, let’s talk.
Two companies in the same market don't compete as equals when one runs on measured processes and the other on hours. Operating margin compounds.
An optimized operation absorbs growth without the structure growing at the same pace: more volume with the same teams.
Integrated into concrete processes and measured against a business case, AI stops being a generic promise and becomes operational capacity.
Second opinion
We review your flows, their hidden costs and their risks and tell you what we find: what's right, what isn't, and whether it makes sense to work together. No commitment, no sales theatre.
What we'll do
We document how work actually flows across teams and systems, and quantify each process: hours, errors and opportunity cost.
What gets removed, simplified or automated, with a business case per process: estimated return versus implementation effort.
We orchestrate the flow of information across CRM, ERP, BI and the rest of the stack: data moves between systems without manual intervention.
Classification, data extraction, synthesis, draft generation and AI agents integrated into the processes, with human oversight where it belongs.
Every redesigned process gets measured: volume, errors, recovered hours. The operation gains visibility and stops depending on specific people.
Documentation, training and an orderly handover: the system is governed by your organization and evolves with it.
How we implement it
n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate…: selected according to your stack, your volumes and your IT governance requirements.
Scripts, APIs and dedicated services on the systems that already govern your operation —CRM, ERP, BI, invoicing— when a standard platform falls short.
Language models inside the flows —classification, extraction, synthesis— with human oversight on the steps that require it.

Redesign and prioritization
A business case per process and a roadmap prioritized by return, with each flow's savings hypothesis and control metric.

Implementation
We implement the automations and integrations in parallel with the operation, validating before the previous process is retired.

Validation and continuous improvement
We measure real return against the business case, correct, and extend the model to the next stretch of the roadmap.

Marketing automation works the relationship with your customer base: email, lifecycle flows, CRM. Process optimization works the company's operation: sales ops, administration, reporting, support, the logistics of information between systems. They share technology, but the object differs: there, revenue from the base; here, margin and operational capacity.
Repetitive ones with clear rules: data synchronization between systems, report generation, request routing, information reconciliation, document preparation. AI extends the scope to those requiring interpretation: classifying communications, extracting data from documents, synthesizing information. Decisions that require judgement remain where they belong: with people.
AI is integrated inside the process with a concrete, measurable function: classify, extract, synthesize, prepare drafts a person validates. We don't apply it where a deterministic rule solves the same thing at lower cost and risk, and steps with consequences always keep human oversight. The criterion is return, not trend.
With the combination that fits your stack and your IT governance requirements: market automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate…), custom development on your systems' APIs when a platform falls short, and AI models integrated into the flows. Technology is chosen to serve the process, not the other way round.
Every process enters with a business case: hours and errors of the current state versus the redesigned one. After implementation, real data is measured against that hypothesis —recovered hours, error rate, cycle times— and the result decides whether it scales, gets corrected or gets discarded. Without measurement there is no continuous improvement; only anecdotes.
It identifies which of the company's processes are worth automating and with which technology, builds the business case, implements the solution —automation platforms, custom development, artificial intelligence— and measures real return. The difference versus buying a tool is the criterion: first the process and its cost; then the technology.
They are approaches within the same space: BPM models and manages processes, RPA automates repetitive tasks by imitating a user, and hyperautomation —often called intelligent process automation (IPA)— combines several technologies at scale. We don't start from the technique but from the business case: for each process, the approach with the best return wins, whatever it's called.
No — the model is designed for the opposite: documentation of every flow, training for the teams and system governance that stays within your organization. We can support the evolution on an ongoing basis, but as your strategic choice, not out of technical dependency.
